Call for Papers

Technical papers are high-quality research contributions describing original unpublished, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all the tracks described below. Successful submissions will be peer-reviewed and published in Springer Lecture Notes of the Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics, and Telecommunications Engineering (LNICST) book series. Topics of interest in this conference include but not limited to those in the following five tracks:
