Become a Sponsor
The solicited funds will be used to support the following conference activities:
A. Travel expenses for graduate students and professors whose research paper has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication but who lack the financial means to travel to the conference to present the paper.
B. Refreshments expenses served during the conference and reception dinner for all conference participants.
C. The conference Website, and other expenses are approved by the organizing committee.
D. Conference expenses such as conference rooms, presentation equipment rentals, and Internet access during conference days.
The conference sponsorships are accepted only from entities in the African continents and selected African Diaspora organizations and individuals and are available in the following three categories
A. Gold Class Sponsorship: 15,000 US
This is the highest level of sponsorship of the conference, typically only awarded to a few companies.
Speaking opportunity during the main conference technical session (designated as “Distinguished Industry Speaker”) or special session event organized by your company during the main conference technical session
A dedicated table for your company's promotional material at the conference
Logo on the conference's website and online conference platform
One full-page listing on the conference’s printed flyer (logo, URL, and up to 300-word description) inserted in a gift bag to registered attendees
B. Silver Class Sponsorship: 5,000 USD
Logo on the conference's website and online conference platform
One full-page listing on the conference’s printed flyer (logo, URL, and up to 300-word description) will be provided to registered attendees
Logo on sponsor acknowledgment slide at the conference opening session
Company-provided banner in the conference coffee break area
C. Bronze Class Sponsorship: 3,000 USD
D. Display space for your company's promotional material at the conference
E. Logo on the conference's website and online conference platform
F. Logo on official sponsorship signage at the conference
G. Logo on sponsor acknowledgment slide at the conference opening session
D. Custom sponsorship $open$ USD

Expected Benefits to the Continent
While there are similar conferences held in various universities on the continent, there is typically a national or regional effort that is limited in technical scope and does not typically involve computer academics in the African diaspora community. The conference organizers believe that advances in AI and related technologies in Africa will be a continental effort that involved the vast talent and resources available in the African diaspora. Moreover, holding the conference in different African regions and simulcasting the conference in French and English languages will when necessary will provide a unique environment for Africans to exchange ideas on this important technology.
